The game
Solve the puzzle by typing valid letters into the blank blue squares. There is one hint, and a few letters are pre-revealed. Some revealed letters are in the puzzle, some may not be. Revealed letters may not be reused. You get one guess!

Solutions must contain valid English, non-obscene words to appear in your profile and on leaderboards. Use “Send anyway” to privately submit invalid words, which can only be viewed by you or by sharing externally. Solutions that reuse pre-revealed letters cannot be submitted.
VALID is accepted. GARPY can only be viewed by you or by sharing externally. AAAAA is rejected because it reuses the pre-revealed letter A.
There is one intended solution for each puzzle, but there are many possible alternative solutions. You can either try to guess the intended solution, or submit something creative for the "Top wrong answers" leaderboard!
"Top wrong answers"
- Each puzzle has a vote-based leaderboard for valid solutions that are not the intended solution. Each unique alternate solution receives one entry on the leaderboard.
- Submitting an alternate valid answer automatically applies an upvote for that answer on the leaderboard. Users with an account may also upvote other alternate answers after submitting their own answer.
Account features
- Use the ☰menu button to log in and access History, Account, and Friends. You must create an account with your phone number to view Account and Friends.
- All previous puzzles and your play history can be accessed in History.
- Add friends by sharing your profile link in Account › Share profile.
- View friends' solved puzzles in Friends. You will not see their solutions for a puzzle until you submit one yourself.
- View and manage your friends in Friends › View all, and view pending requests in Friends › View requests.
